In this momentous episode the guys retire inside after a long day at the garage sale, and get caught up on comic issues. They delve a bit more into some listener feedback. And some new debates start to rise up. All of this PLUS the next Star Joes Contest is announced. This is definitely one to listen to. The boys really like the Super Hero Squad series and the toys that inevitably accompany it.  We have the first season on DVD and Aiden has watched the episodes about a hundred times each.  The animation and situations are very cartoony, but many of my favorite voice actors make appearances.  Now that Chrissy and I have decided to let the boys see the Avengers, I’ve noticed that the new movie has several direct parallels to the Super Hero Squad television [...]

“The JoeCon Brochures are out!”  Those 5 words are just as potent to a Joe fan as “Gentlemen, start your engines!” is to a race car driver, because to us it means JoeCon is drawing closer and registration time is near.

This week we step back into the shadowy depths of the fandom to find the person responsible for the very cool, but very outlawed fan made video game, GI Joe: The Attack on Cobra Island.  A crack team of WOJM investigative reporters, seasoned by watching 20/20 tracked down the lead designer of the game, known to us as Lord Skiff (aka Range Viper).  Skiff, or Skiffer as Mike likes to call him, agreed to a clandestine interview.  TO protect his [...]

After the build up of the last couple of weeks, we finally got a chance to slow down and return to our more casual roots of reporting on the fandom.  We gave Justin the week off because his throat hurt from making howling sounds at the moon fending off his new log cabin homestead site from bears, wolves and catamounts in the New Hampshire outback.

So While I realize that the game has only been out for, oh about 24 hours to the hour now, we have issues already. Diablo III was the most anticipated game from Blizzard in the last 12 years. Actually since WoW became lackluster, but I digress. Diablo II was made of a great deal of greatness which allows for continuous game play even to today’s standards. Now 12 years later comes Diablo III. While I will save my actual review [...]

Movie Revolt’s Review of Underworld: Awakening Article By: Dan Clark The Underworld series is one that just keeps going. While I enjoyed the first Underworld the inevitable sequels have been a case diminishing returns. After the ‘Rise of the Lycans’ prequel I assumed the series was done, but fret not as it returned earlier this year with Underworld: Awakening.  This time Kate Beckinsale is back as Selene in an attempt to reenergize the franchise. In the end however this [...]
