Welcome back! Hope the re-run episode didn’t annoy to many of you this past week. This week we are back with an all new episode and new music! Jason, Mike, and Danner host the usual segment of what we’ve been doing where they cover, inFamous, new Netflix content, the movie Teeth, Dante’s Inferno, H.A.W.X. 2 demo, Vanquish, and some other things. Then they movie on to the discussion topic for the week which is our thoughts on digital media, and some light hearted video game stories from our youth. In the last segment Jason brings the news followed by a double dose of Danner’s Redardation Nation! Also, as mentioned we bring the music this week from Bella and the Pelican and with the help of the Michigan Underground Podcast we’ve got music from Tiger! Tiger! After almost falling apart hours before we were scheduled to record Joe raced home to join Dave Daugherty and Mike to get the show started. Jason shows up later to add his two cents to the discussion topics.
In what we’ve been doing Dave brings the comics, comic art work and . Joe talk about his further escapades in video game collecting. And Mike briefly talks about his time with WordPress, NHL 11, HAWX 2, Scott Pilgrim vs The World: The Game. They also talk Scott Pilgrim the movie and Piranha 3D.
In the discussion portion we talk about our favorite Directors. The ones we will pay to see their movies no matter the subject. This is a LONG discussion and as such there wasn’t a lot of focus on the second topic: What are some of our favorite old school tips/tricks and cheats for video games before the internet.
And in news… unfortunately we opted not to cover the news this week as we would have well over 2 hours! We do however have a special treat from the band Mike Mains & The Branches. We get to play their entire song! And as always a link is included at the end of this post.
Thanks for listening, hope you enjoyed the show!
