  1. I’ll just do both parts together as there’s not a lot about to say about either on their own. Both are pretty fun with good plots and good jokes. I prefer part 1 because the plot is more unique, and i love the inclusion of Phill Lewis as the hotel manager. Both songs are fun and both doof plots are the highlights of the episodes.

Neither is a big standout but the whole thing is a fun little experiment. Also, gotta love the cameo by the ice cream guy from Lilo and Stitch. Together it gets a 7.4/10.

    (Thanks for another shout out!)

  2. I thought these two episodes were pretty good, though I did like the second part more than the first one. The sea monkeys plot seemed a little crazy to me, but Candace and her bad luck had me laughing throughout the second part. Thankfully I hadn’t seen the Brady Bunch episode about the same thing, maybe I would feel different if I had seen that first.

I didn’t mind that this was more like two separate episodes instead of one long episode. It reminded me of the episodes where the kids went camping at Linda’s parents’ house. Even though those episodes were separated by five to ten episodes, they probably would have worked being put together in a single episode. I guess that since this was a trip to Hawaii, it wouldn’t really work to separate the episodes, it would look like they went to Hawaii twice, and they would have to sell a lot of antique steam rollers to pay for two trips to Hawaii.

I had not heard of the movie Surf Ninjas, so I looked it up and saw that it also has Kelly Hu in it (voice of Stacy). Now I really have to see this movie.

And YES! I have finally worked my way up to unpaid intern! I hope I earn a gold star. Should I start working on a theme song?

  3. Did you guys hear the recent announcement that Phineas & Ferb would be crossing over with Dan and Swampy’s other show, Milo Murphy’s Law? Will that be covered on this podcast in the future?
