Finally. What can i say about this one? It’s pretty much excellent. For the first special, it does everything needs to and more. The plot is brilliant and uses the 40 time really well.

The songs are all really good, it’s really funny (the best joke being a Sponge and a starfish), and it has a lot of subplots that are each really good on their own and feed into the main story really well.

The main themes are really well done in terms of the story, and there’s a lot of great heartwarming moments. I’ve gone into why this episode is so fantastic in other places so I’m left with little to add. There’s not much to complain about,. I can nitpick a few things but the great stuff is so well done that none of the problems really matter.

So with that…I’ll give this a perfect 10/10. It’s one of 2 eps that get that and we’ll see the other one sooner than you think.

(Pretty most of the podcast was made up of ads and clips, lol. Also, some technical difficulties prevent me from doing an itunes, review, sorry)

    1. thanks for the support.

Yeah I get that on the iTunes stuff…… The way I try to edit the shows are a mix of clips from the cartoon eps…. and a few other podcast ads. Generally I try not to put the podcast ads in until AFTER the end of the cartoon review. This one might be a bit different…. I can’t remember how I edited it.

  3. Oops, I thought I commented on this weeks ago, I guess I didn’t, so let’s see what I can remember.

Oh man, this is definitely one of the best episodes of the series, and is absolutely my number one favorite episode. I love the story, the action, the jokes, but most of all I love that all of the characters are given time to shine and they all have an important part to play in the adventure. It really takes all of them using their unique skills in some way in order for them to be able to complete the trip and make it home safely. The songs are great too, and this is the first episode where Isabella gets her own song and of course it was amazing (big Alyson Stoner fan, so I might be a little biased).

There were many more great parts in this episode (OWCA, Klimpaloon, angry Phineas, slightly evil Vanessa, etc.), but you guys talked about all the ones I was thinking of so I’ll just leave it at that.
