  1. Loo-Kee Lends a Hand actually wasn’t a bad episode. In fact, I agree that it was good and beat expectations. I appreciated the effort they took to include him in the story. It was clever given that he had not appeared in the series with the characters before, but he was living on Etheria. 4 Crystal Castles

Of Shadows and Skulls was even better, IMO. I liked the team up of Shadow Weaver and Skeletor. The story was a classic bad guys teaming up to beat the other bad guys. And the bit at the end where Hordak’s assistance (name?) threatened to throw the Horde villains under the bus was great. Larry is good at writing episodes that bring the action and adventure, as well as a touch of humor. 4.5 Crystal Castles

Jungle Fever has some beautiful backgrounds. Since we take She-Ra to the jungle we see new textures and colors, and I thought it looked great. I liked that Adora was caught off-guard and had to let herself get captured. Memory loss episodes can be hit or miss, but this one was a hit, IMO. I liked the way it was handled and having Adora have to address the jungle tribe was interesting. And Tandi wasn’t annoying. The problem comes in with the moving of the mountain/lake. 3.5 Crystal Castles

  2. Yep, I am still here. :) I will try and catch up. I understand your arguments against Jungle Fever, but I don’t feel it is worthy of a zero. A two, or two and half…but I didn’t think it was THAT bad. I actually enjoyed it. I liked the setting and the tribe. The dinosaur was maybe the hokiest character to bring into the story, but I enjoyed enough of the other attributes that I gave it a pass.
