  1. Don’t get me wrong I love the Marvel movies but I hate how after they come out we don’t get another decent movie in theaters for a couple of weeks. I miss the summers of when I was a kid and it felt like every weekend we had a major movie come out.

    1. I’d be interested to do some digging into previous years to see if that is revisionist history or a legit memory :)

    2. Interesting you say that. Currently working on a project that may test that theory.

  3. I with Kevin with The Girl on the Train. That looks like it might be fantastic. Great concept and rather unqiue compared to everything else out there. And who doesn’t love train movies.

Question does Dan lose points since Mother’s Day actually did better in its second weekend? Still has not made a lot of money but its rare to see a movie improve after a lackluster opening.

    1. Thanks narc! Lol. I guess we will see what the final numbers look like. If they end up being good I would concede the point.

  4. I think for the Pick to Click you should make it more difficult then just picking who will make money. I mean obviously Civil War is going to make bank. You should have to be more exact with you prediction like how many millions it will ear, what it’s opening debut will be, or like what are the top 3 movies of the month or something.

    1. Can’t wait till next months episode after Angry Birds killed it at the box office. That should be fun to listen to.

    1. It would make it easier to judge who gets points and who doesn’t for sure! I’ll bring it up with the group

  7. I’m surprised no one mentioned the Neon Demon trailer considering how high you all were on Drive when doing your top films of the Decade list. It looks a little too weird for my taste and too much like Only God Forgives which I loathed.

    1. When I posted the episode and was assigning tags I too was surprised…like ‘wow, surprised we didn’t talk about that one at all’. Lost in the moment I guess as we are perused our dozens of options
