  1. Are you recycling the art in the posts now? You posted the same art in the episode 21 post and that one pic was from episode 20’s post, I believe. Just have to give you a hard time, you know?

Anyway, to comment on the episodes, “The Golden Disks of Knowledge” was fantastic. I’ll just come out and say I’m rating this one 5 Orkos. It had a compelling story. We got to see Stratos again and we got some backstory on Skeletor’s power and the reason Snake Mountain got its name. Interestingly enough, the DVD extras point out that in She-Ra that bit of continuity was forgotten and Snake Mountain was built by The Horde. By the way, I believe for season two I’m going back to watching the series on DVD. Besides seeing these extras, the quality is better and I don’t have to sit through the ads on Hulu. I can see them putting ads in newer or current shows, but He-Man?! Why is it necessary to insert ads into a cartoon that is thirty years old? I don’t get it. But yeah, this was a great episode. I loved it.

“Heart of a Giant” on the other hand…ugh! It wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t very good either. It’s not an episode I would return to. The plot was rather basic, but at the time it probably wasn’t so bad and kids probably liked the big giant whom everyone thought was scary or dumb, but was actually a gentle, intelligent being. Again, not terrible, just nothing above average. Rating: 2 Orkos

    1. LOL yeah I noticed that I did that too with the image ahh well. There’ll be new ones in Ep 23!

      1. I just listened to the episode. So we all agreed on these episodes, pretty much. On to season two!
