My favorite Comic Con is still San Diego. Yes there has been a Hollywood explosion in the last 10-15 years, and yes it can get annoying at times. Even with that there is nothing like the San Diego experience. It is a crazy atmosphere unlike anything else. Something you have to be at to truly understand.
I’m the opposite of that. I’d rather go to the smaller cons that focus mostly on comics. I find those more enjoyable.
I wanna try a large con at least once but I prefer the smaller – mid sizes
I believe the entire Michael Bay directing Power Rangers was started as a joke. Well at least I hope it was meant as a joke. Also people were stating Godzilla had 9-11 imagery? I hear that with Man of Steal and Star Trek but not for Godzilla.
Did you see that Netflix has already bought the rights to air Gotham after it airs? Do you guys think doing stuff like this will allow networks like Fox to hold onto shows even if the ratings are low, because they know Netflix will pay them and promote their show after the season is over.
I think this trend will continue. Also I think it’s incentive to not cancel the series with Netflix money involved. I love that non-cable subscribers get the option. I think it’s also a move to prevent Amazon/Hulu from getting the shows.
