    1. Great episode guys. I can’t wait til Steve gets to the age where his metabolism catches up with him!!! That way he won’t be able to eat anything and still stay thin without exercising!!

I’m the type of person where certain things just should not mix. like chicken fries… ugh no. or now BK has the chicken burger… ugh no you either have a actual burger with meat or you have a chicken sandwich.

As far as Christmas eating habits… as a kid of course I ate as much junk food as I could. As an adult… not so much. I take everything in moderation these days. I don’t think I’ve had Christmas cookies in 20 years though.

I’ve said this before on one of the other episode posts…. If you remove what tastes good about a meal like substituting turkey for tofu… then you lose all the enjoyment outta the meal. At least that’s what I think.

Again keep up the great work. Can’t wait to listen in the new year.

      1. That is what I always tease Steve about. I tell him it will catch up with him one day.
I did not know BK had a chicken burger. lol That is just too much.
The problem that a lot of us have come to is we eat for enjoyment. (including myself) That is not what food is suppose to be for. It is truly only to be our source for energy and to sustain life. Once you start thinking about food in that way and not for you to just enjoy it can change your outlook. You definitely should sometimes eat for enjoyment but not all the time.
Also have you ever tried substitute meat? A lot of it is just as good as regular meat it just has to be flavored.

        1. No I haven’t tried sub meat.

yeah I keep seeing this old couple ad on a streaming site I was watching for Burger King’s new Chicken burger
