On this week’s show we are breaking out our all time favorite Game Fact or Fiction. Before we get to it though we review the biggest superhero show going right now Super Girl! Greg also has a review of some classic TMNT comics, and he has noticed something pretty unforgettable about the turtle’s design.

Finally someone else that did not like Super Girl. Everyone I talked to can’t stop gushing over it. I thought it was garbage. Looked awful, changed the characters way too much, and I found everyone annoying. I’m done after one episode.
It was god awful writing. I really don’t know how they expect to pace an entire season at this rate – they put all of the “big reveal moments” into the pilot. They even made her bleed. I mean, what the? Really couldn’t be more disappointed with the pacing of this show right off the bat. I wanted something fun and quirky, but instead it’s the entire season compiled into a 45 minute presentation. If they came out and said that was condensed segments for an entire season just to show corporate, I’ll take back every ill word.
Great casting and great costume though.
See that complaint doesn’t work for me. You don’t know what the season has in store. Maybe doing so much in the first episode will make sense as the season goes on.
I thought it was much improved in the second episode. Still not great I’ll say. I stick with it.
Oh man, I went the opposite way with that. I thought episode two was embarrassing bad. They need to get better writers because none of them know how to make a proper superhero show. They writing the show like its the nine-teen seventies. We expect more from our super heroes than they are giving us. There is no compelling major arc bringing everything together. Unless I hear it gets better I’m done.
