This week on Talking In Circles we are letting our hair down and taking it easy. We do advise listening to this episode with your pinky up while reading The New Yorker and sipping chamomile tea, because we are keeping it cultured (as always) talking about such things as racoons with rocket launchers and gigantic monsters destroying cities. On the bright side, at least this week we have a full episode.

Great episode guys. I also don’t watch movies for the first time on cable. The commercial breaks and TV editing can ruin even the best movies.
The best is when they dub over the curse words with really corny replacement words haha
Yay, a full episode. I liked Quick and a Dead and how it was goofy and a different take on Westerns. There are so matter standard westerns I like seeing a different take.
True enough but I grew up watching westerns and I guess this one just kind of left a bitter taste in my mouth. It does have some great elements to it though.
I was never a fan of it. IT was years since I watched it but I just remember thinking it was dumb.
Are you guys going to do any more Top 5 episode. Those are a lot of fun to listen too. Not that I didn’t enjoy this of course ;)
Well you know I love my Top 5’s so of course. I don’t want to do them too often though. We are thinking every 10 episodes or so.
Def more to come, I enjoy those as well. I propose once we do enough Top 5 lists then we can do the Top 5 Top 5 lists lol
I really like those episodes too. Especially the ones with all the different clips.
Don’t feel bad. I love the Percy Jackson books myself. The movies are garbage but the books are a lot of fun. The take on Greek mythology is very interesting. I’d love to see a TV based on the books so they can get into the weirder aspects of the novels.
There is def. a lot of great little things that are weird that never made it into the movies. The movies just went in a weird direction if you ask me *shrugs
Dans letter should be read before every movie ever. Clearly what we are showing before movies isn’t working. Too many obnoxious people in today’s day and age.
You got that right!
