Thanks I’ll be sure to check that out. We need to get an “Old Man Eric” story to explain what happened to Magneto!
Great episode
Well I’ll be the first to say I’d like hear more Unknown. Thought it was something very cool and different
Thank you. I really appreciate it!
I agree I’d like to hear more as well. You wet my appetite and now I want more:)
I will put my vote for more as well. Chucks voice was a little Batman each and I could see a tad bit of Joker and the Mad Hater with Greg.
I heard that voice and I was trying to place what it reminded me of. I see a little bit of Joker but its a little more proper. There was like a proudness to it that I couldn’t place. Loved the line “So we are done with me now”. I chuckled
Actually I took some inspiration from the Thomas Jane punisher. With a little added raspy-ness
I could hear some of that.
And my voice was of course inspired by my lack of voice talent. :)
I agree. That was wicked.
Don’t worry Dan you did not anger this Whovian lol. I would say the first season of the new Dr. Who is the weakest and yes the pilot is not very good. My favorite Doctor is Matt Smith. I am very sad to see him go.
Oh thank God! lol. I’m still watching it when I can. I am looking forward to see what the other Doctors have to offer.
I like the first season of Dr. Who more than you guys apparently. The first episode isn’t good I grant you. The rest of the season makes up for it though.
I liked the first season, but it wasn’t the best of the new stuff. It certainly did end strong.
YES! Human Target. That show is SOOOO underrated. Its a trillion times better than SHIELD and I dare say on par with much of Arrow. It filled the void 24 left when it ended and got really bad.
Agreed. I’m considering moving my grade for it up to an A, I am really liking it. The guy that plays Chance is perfect for that role.
Yes I did enjoy that show a great deal when it was out.
Old Man Logan is awesome. The best Wolverine story this decade. I think the person that took him 45 minutes was either Cyclops or Gambit.
Yeah I was actually thinking Gambit while I was reading it. Doesn’t seem like Gambit would carry any sentimental feelings once Wolverine started killing everyone. That would prob give Wolvy a tougher fight since the others would hesitate and be like “Logan why are you doing this”. Of course Cyclops and him don’t get along so it could be him too.
See my guess was Jubilee. Because fireworks?
I have to disagree with Greg’s take on Super. I don’t see the issue with the tone that he does. The entire movie is about this guys loose grip on reality and how misinterprets the world. The conflicting imagery is more of a representation of that. It takes the idea of a man trying to a superhero and shows are f’d up it would really be.
I actually agree with Greg on some of the tonal issues with Super. I do think James Gunn didn’t know what mood he was going for at times and let the film get away from him. I still really like the movie obviously. Just has some issues. I’m not sure if I’d say it is better then Kick-Ass. I’d probably give Kick-Ass the slight edge.
I agree with you that the sound effect imagery was a representation of a man losing grip. I just think either don’t put it in or go balls to the wall all in with it. I don’t think James Gunn was very sure of the idea. Besides i think the story and acting did a great job of showing that the guy was crazy.
