  1. Avengers! Plan and simple. Easily number one for me. Followed by Guardians and Captain America. I had no idea Snowpiecer was based on a comic. Now I need to check it out.

  2. For me it’s Avengers and Guardians as the best comic book movies as of late. And if you are looking for a good teenage comedy I would go with Easy A. It’s the movie that got me to fall in love with Emma Stone.

  3. Even with all the cap that it gets Dark Knight Rises still ranks up there for me. Nolan is in a whOle other league when making movies when compared to others in the genre.

Also anyone else worried about Mad Max? I have a feeling it’s going to be a beautiful jumbled mess that makes no sense but is breathtaking to look at.

    1. The Las trailer was super crazy. I don’t see that doing well with the public. When that trailer came on during my Furious 7 screening everyone in the theater was confused.

      1. My crowd had a similar reaction. A lot of, “What the hell was that looks” all around.

    2. Knowing the original director is on board gives me faith. Personally I have loved all the trailers so far. The visuals are spectacular.

      1. Yes Miller attached is a good thing but bare in mind the guy hasn’t done a movie in ages.

  4. After much thought I go with Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World as my favorite comic book movie of the decade so far. There is no other comic book movie that made me feel like I was experiencing the actual comic book in real life form.

    1. Do you mean that last statement as a commentary on the last 5 years…cause there have been plenty prior to that that made you feel like you were in actual comic books.
