  1. – Dolph got written out to go film a movie. He needs to come back because that feud is just so much more intolerable without him. Its stupid in general but it needs him there.

    – Dodd’s comments about the Bellas and their fighting style pretty describes the people these two are married to/dating. Brie’s trying to fight like Daniel with the fast movements, rapid punches and kicks and then Nikki is more of physical move fighter like John Cena.

    – Eva Marie just in general sucks, even in her debut match on NXT. She’s better than before but not by much. She needs a lot more work before she can be taken seriously in any light other than a drama show.

    – I think the biggest issue in the Divas division is that they have so many women on the roster, with more getting built up in NXT, they choose to only have one major feud going on with these ladies at a time. This feud with the three teams of three divas feuding with each other is the highest number of active I have seen in the longest time. As for Natalya, lately she’s been with her husband Tyson since he got a spinal injury fighting Samoa Joe in a dark match so she has that to worry about but it would be nice for her to get back into action when he doesn’t need her to look after him anymore. And the asshole bitch from NXT is Dana Brooke. I agree, she sucks.

    – Daniel Bryan giving Ryback the IC Title was Elimination chamber not MITB. The MITB match was good until they had Miz jump into the middle of the match and cause a DQ. I know its been a while since you guys saw MITB but had to bring this up.

    – The other big difference between NXT and the Main Roster: Triple H is the guy running NXT and the quality is just way higher. The main roster is run by Vince and Vince is an old fossil who doesn’t know what he’s doing.

    – If you guys want some one on the Main Roster right now who could take Cena to the limit besides Kevin Owens: Cesaro. In the weeks leading up to Battleground Cena held two US Title Open challenges where they had him face Cesaro and those matches were pay per view quality. They were so good and if anyone could take that belt off Cena its Cesaro. Though it seems like they’re setting up for Cesaro v Owens which should be a good time too. Also I know he’s not on the main roster yet but once he’s up there, Sami Zayn from NXT could give Cena a good run. Though Zayn has unfinished business with Owens first which will be awesome to see on the main roster since those two are legends in ROH and they were pretty awesome on NXT.

    – In regards to the timing of Battleground from a lack of a IC Match: They could have ended that show a lot earlier than they did because that triple threat divas match wasn’t even on the card originally. There was going to be no divas match on Battleground but then they got a time slot and hey look something awesome appeared. And they also gave us a Miz promo where he got punched in the face by the Big Show to fill the time as well but eh.

    – So since you guys are covering only Summerslam next month, would you be up for an experiment? Because in the same weekend as Summerslam, there will be a NXT Takeover special. I think it would be cool if you guys watched both Takeover and Summerslam back to back and compared them to see which one is better. Because I am willing to bet that the NXT show will be better than Summerslam. Its happened before in the past when they’ve had Takeovers before one of the big pay per views so it could happen again.

    1. We’ll address most of your comments here in the next ep. As far as the experiment… hmmm…. I dunno. I’d like to do a whole ep on NXT itself first. As I’ve stated I don’t watch NXT at all. Not that I’m not willing to try, but it’s hard enough keping up with the main roster lol We’ll see though.

      1. Fair enough, just thought it might be something fun to try. And I would highly recommend watching NXT. One advantage to NXT is that the episodes are an hour long so its easier to digest in one sitting compared to the 3 hours of RAW which can be a slog to go through depending on the week.

          1. Wyatt was better when he felt like a real threat and had the two giant goons known as Rowan and Harper enforcing his twisted ideals. It seems like they’re trying to go back to that so hopefully he’ll pick back up to how he used to be. As for the tag team division, they have the same problem as the divas division: too many teams, not enough storylines. Its always just one team vs the champs and that’s it. Why not have some others going on? Like they could get the Lucha Dragons to feud with the Los Matadores for who’s the best lucha team or something. Or get the Ascension doing something and try to fix them since they were a legit force back in NXT. The talent is honestly there, its just the booking and writing that leave most of them hanging or jobbing to the teams that the big feud is based on.

Though since you and Dodd have a thing for the Usos, I believe its Jey who is currently injured and Jimmy Uso has become a commentator on Smackdown and will be there for the rest of the summer until Jey comes back some time this fall I think

  5. WWE main roster right now is like the fourth best wrestling promotion going. ROH has trillion times better matches and you can tell WWE is changing their style to resemble ROH. More high impact moves and near falls. They admitted to doing more apron bumps like ROH does.

I love NXT and what they are doing. Has an old school feel and it handles multiple story lines so much better. There’s not oen person on that roster that can’t wrestle.

Although the best in my book is Lunch Underground. They are taking wrestling in a fresh new direction. Their vignettes are the best in the business and their talent roster is huge. They know to use someone like Johnny Morrison (now Johnny Mundo) where WWE had no clue.

  7. You guys are so wrong on Seth Rollins. He is one of the very few heels today who knows how to be an actual heel. Its like fans have forgot how heels are supposed to act. They are supposed to get you angry, make you feel like they don’t deserve the wins they get, and pick their spots so they are always at an advantage. So many heels today want to be a cool heel. They don’t know how to sell. And there is denying that guys talent. He can be a high flyer if you need or whatever. I can’t believe there are wrestling fans today that can’t appreciate Rollins. It drives me crazy because fans are so uneducated on what makes a good wrestler and a good booking. Seriously if fans today watched wrestling in the 80’s they say Ric Flair is a horrible wrestler. Being a BEATABLE champion is a good thing. Any match Rollins defends you think he might actually loose. You don’t get that with Cena, Brock, or Orton. You know they will only lose to the right person. Rollins it can be anyone.

And even more wrong on the Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins ladder match. There’s not much new you can do with a ladder match but they tried, and the finish was brilliant. Never have a seen a ladder match in that way. It raises the stakes to the final moment.

And if you can’t appreciate what the New Day and Prime Time Players are doing right now I have no words for you. New Day is goofy as hell and just as fun and they have great chemistry with the PTP.

You guys hate on everything so much. Battleground was a good PPV. There are always bad matches in every PPV even the greatest. This podcast is becoming everything I hate about wrestling fans. A bunch of bitching without really even looking what is in front of them.

    1. Have to agree with the love of New Day. How can you not enjoy them sheer wackiness. Hilarious. Them switching to Heels has been the best thing ever.

    2. “You guys are so wrong on Seth Rollins. He is one of the very few heels today who knows how to be an actual heel.”

      This man is correct.

Do yourselves some favors and listen to some wrestling podcasts like the JR Report, Wrestling Compadres, Steve Austin and Talk is Jericho and increase your wrestling IQ’s cause you guys are wrong on nearly everything you are complaining about. Bray Wyatt get the F out? Seriously? One of the most original wrestlers the WWE has? One of the best talkers the WWE has? Jesus Christ man.
