So again, I’d like to extend a special thank you to E-Win Racing for their gaming and office chair for review. This latest rendition is just as comfortable as their leather bound predecessors! One thing I’ve never done despite getting things for review is sugar coat it. If I dislike something I say so. In this instance, I’m not finding anything to major nitpick, so let’s get on with the review.
What is the Great About this Chair?
The chair I received this time is their black and gray fabric model of their gaming chairs. It’s a more polished version of the one I reviewed here, and is of a more professional office styled caliber. I sat in it, rocked it around and it was not only very sturdy, but dare I say more comfortable than the one I received in 2019. I again tested this one out over the course of past several days not knowing if I’d want to trade up to this or not and I am torn. They are both beautiful designs in their own right with similar purposes. But, again, I have to say I was surprised.
First, I have to mention that the shipping via FedEx was fast! I had forgotten how delicately packed they made these and despite some slight gouging on the sides, the package inside was fully protected with various layers of cardboard, bubble wrap and plastic wrapping. Suffice it to say, I was not disappointed by the packaging. Also I was more than happy to unbox this and within about 20 minutes, I had this one put together.
When I put the wheels on, the style for these with the hollow interior is really slick but what stands out from the last one is that this one has chromed rims to those hollowed out wheels. The base for the wheels was a nice improvement too as it was set with a glossy finish to them. Definitely not a cheap office chair.
In the box, the E-Win Racing chair came in several larger parts such as the wheels, the back of the chair, the bottom of the chair and the hydraulic system. I was impressed as I played around with this chair to see the vast functionality not normally in a standard desk chair.
Features included:
- Hollow Wheels
- Pillows for Neck Support and Back
- Multi-adjustable armrests with the slider for the left to right, back and forth and up and down
- Hydraulic Height Adjustments
- Recliner Feature
- Strong, Firm Seat with Leather Cover
Sitting in the Chair
How I battle-tested the Gaming chair was by sitting in it for many, many hours. I messed with the features to see how far it’d perform and honestly I really liked it. The only, repeat only gripe I had was that the back pillow lacked a elastic band to hold it in place like the leather alternatives. And part of that might be to do with the sliced back of the leather vs the fabric model. But I still found it very comfortable to the point I might be swapping them out intermittently.
That being said, I was able to game and do office productivity comfortably with the chair that matched the height of my desk. My arms were comfortable reaching the desk from the armrests, and I was able to sit up straight in part due to the back and neck pillows. I’m still a sloucher here but as long as I sit back, this chair has forced me to sit up straight and give great posture for leisure time sitting in it.
